The International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) is a vibrant and growing network of mother to mother volunteers, passionate advocates and women who care deeply about the state of birth today. ICAN is dedicated to educating and assisting women, their partners, and their families in preventing and healing the effects and grief derived from  cesareans and other difficult births, as well as equipping women with the resources for future pregnancies and births including VBAC, CBAC, HBAC or whatever her choice may be.
